IZIX and Toogethr join forces for European leadership in smart parking management

Utrecht, 25 September 2025 – IZIX, the European market leader in smart parking management, and Toogethr, a Dutch parking management software provider, announce their merger today. The combination of both products ensures better functional development, richer insights and seamless payment flows, making space and parking management easier and more valuable for everyone. In addition, IZIX's position in Europe will be further expanded and it will be able to respond to the increasing demand for digital and sustainable parking solutions.
Since its founding in 2021, IZIX has rapidly grown into a leading platform for real estate managers, employers, and facility managers. With the merger, IZIX and Toogethr now manage over 1,200 parking locations in twelve countries and serve 750 clients. Every month, more than 2.2 million parking transactions are processed via the combined platforms, with 280,000 active users.
Strategic move into the Netherlands
The collaboration marks IZIX's official entry into the Dutch market. The Netherlands has a mature mobility market, where the combination of hybrid working, rapid digitisation and the rise of electric transport is accelerating demand for smart parking solutions. For IZIX, entering the Dutch market is therefore a logical next step in its mission to become the European standard for smart parking management.
By combining Toogethr's broad knowledge of the Dutch market, and both companies’ expertise in parking management, IZIX can offer more complex and broader parking solutions. This merger also makes it possible to utilise customers' parking capacity in a more efficient and effective manner.
Toogethr has already proven its worth in the Netherlands with a solid client base, including large businesses and SMEs.
