EDGE Technologies is a real estate company based in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. For more than 20 years, EDGE Technologies has been developing smart high-tech buildings with a focus on sustainable footprints. The company operates one of the most sustainable office buildings in the world with major tenants such as Alliander, CBRE and APG at the EDGE West. With only 651 parking spaces to share among 3,445 users, EDGE needed to update its parking policy. Toogethr Parking offered the perfect solution.
What did we do?
Toogethr implemented its parking management system, Toogethr Smart Parking, along with all the necessary hardware. We also created a parking credit portal, fully tailored to EDGE’s branding. This portal allows staff to easily reserve a parking space and can later be expanded to allow visitors to reserve parking spaces too. Toogethr also provided training to several tenants at EDGE West to help them start using the new system right away.
What did we achieve?
Toogethr took care of the entire implementation for the EDGE West from start to finish. Thanks to the Toogethr Parking management system, the company now has a full overview of how many parking spaces are available at any time. Since implementing Toogethr Smart Parking, the system has been used to process over 18,000 parking transactions at the EDGE West. As a result, Toogethr implemented its smart parking software at EDGE’s second location already.
